Hello, I'm Claire

I've always had an interest in holistic and alternative therapy and the power they have in making the mind and body feel in balance. My career hasn't always been in this field however, over the years I have been a Theatre Producer and actor; I'm Company Owner of Norwich-based Baroque Theatre Company. Up until a few years ago we took high quality professional theatre productions on tour all over the UK. I'm very lucky to have worked in my two favourite fields; theatre and holistic therapies. It's often said that if you're passionate about your work you never work a day in your life (as you enjoy it too much) and that's how I feel about what I do. With holistic therapy I've had the pleasure of meeting so many interesting and lovely clients. There's no better feeling than seeing a client's stress and tension disappear after a treatment. We give so much of ourselves in our daily lives it's absolutely essential to take care of our own needs and wellbeing too. We owe it to ourselves to look after our precious bodies and minds and enjoy life to the full. Keeping our equilibrium is the key, especially after what we've all been through over the last couple of years. 

I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and that continued learning is important for any good holistic practitioner.
