Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage, also known as champissage is a seated treatment which focuses on the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, forehead and scalp. The client is fully clothed for the massage (upper body clothing should be light such as a tee shirt). Aromatherapy oils can be used depending on your preference. A wonderful way to ease tension, boost circulation and improve mind clarity and concentration.

What to expect in your first Indian Head Massage visit?

Before

A Client Assessment Form will be emailed to you for completion prior to your appointment. That will provide me with your general medical history and your treatment aims so that I can help you as much as possible.

During

This seated treatment starts with light massage to the back, shoulders and arms. Following this, flowing motions will move up the neck massaging and stretching to relieve any stress and tension. Finally, the scalp is then massaged along the acupressure points on the head, and followed up by massage to the forehead and acupressure points on the face and around the eyes. The pressure of the massage is tailored to each client's requirements.
